有人說歌詞是在描述和諷刺那個年代糜爛的大麻風氣
也有人說加州旅館是個鬼故事，或是精神病院、勒戒所，也許填詞的人曾經吸過毒...etc
就像達文西的所有事情，每個世代都在研究其中到底有什麼未解之謎或是預言...
